Link as the vehicle's key user

Audi shares this data only with the vehicle's key user, and doesn't recognize the myAudi account linked here as that user.

Do one of the following:

1. Link with the key user's myAudi account: If the vehicle already has a key user, link the vehicle again in this app and sign in with their myAudi account. This replaces the myAudi account linked here for all your Audi vehicles in this app, and any vehicle the new account can't access is disconnected
2. Become the key user: If the vehicle already has a key user, they first remove their key user role, in the vehicle's infotainment system or in the myAudi app. Then, in the vehicle's infotainment system, go to "User" and then "User Management", and set yourself as key user with your myAudi email address and the 10-digit Vehicle Code from your Audi connect activation card or vehicle key

After that, this message goes away on its own, which can take a day or more. You don't need to repeat either step.
