Link as the vehicle's primary user

CUPRA shares this data only with the vehicle's primary user, and doesn't recognize the My CUPRA account linked here as that user.

Do one of the following:

1. Link with the primary user's My CUPRA account: If the vehicle already has a primary user, link the vehicle again in this app and sign in with their My CUPRA account. This replaces the My CUPRA account linked here for all your CUPRA vehicles in this app, and any vehicle the new account can't access is disconnected
2. Become the primary user: In the vehicle's infotainment system, open the "Users" menu, select your user and choose to become the primary user. If that doesn't work, contact your CUPRA retailer.

After that, this message goes away on its own, which can take a day or more. You don't need to repeat either step.
