Regain control from your smart-charging service

Your Dacia vehicle's charging is managed by a smart-charging service, such as Mobilize Smart Charge or one from your energy supplier. While that service manages it, charging can't be started or stopped from our app.

To regain control, turn off smart charging in that service.

To unsubscribe from Mobilize Smart Charge, remove your vehicle from the Mobilize Smart Charge app and then delete your Mobilize Smart Charge account. Deleting the app alone is not enough. If you can't access the app, contact Mobilize support.
